No refunds for ON-DEMAND offerings once items are purchased. For LIVE Continuing Education Events: All cancellations must be requested 1 week prior to the event in order to receive a partial refund. Cancellation prior to 7 days before the event will result in 75% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event will result in 50% refund. No refunds will be given if request is made less than 24 hours prior to the live event.Please note, there will be a $25.00 fee to replace CE's if they are lost and requested after the day of the event.
